Relaxing with Rice πŸš

What you will need: Bowl of uncooked rice

This one is really simple.

Grab a bowl, and place some rice into it.

Let your child watch while you scoop the rice with your fingers and then let it flow between the gaps in your palm.

Pour the rice from one palm to the other.

POUR THE RICE FROM PALM TO PALM

Pass the bowl to the child and encourage them to do the same. The soothing texture of the soft rice will be sure to amaze them.

Best times for this activity is just before bed time as it is a relaxing and calming activity.
